Welcome.

My name is Rotem Levanon, but everyone calls me Ro, so please feel free to do the same.

I’m a postpartum doula offering gentle, practical, and emotional support for both parents and babies throughout the first year.

I’m here to help you create a space of rest and recovery, so you can connect deeply with your baby and reconnect with your own inner wisdom as a parent. Together, we build a nurturing environment for learning, exploring, and gaining confidence, wherever you are in your parenting journey.

about me

The Loving Hands Approach

We live in a world full of quick fixes and constant advice, but becoming a parent isn’t something that can be rushed. It’s a slow, sacred transition that unfolds one day at a time, and it’s not meant to be done alone.

Loving Hands is about bringing that sense of community back. I offer both practical and emotional support for first-time parents and growing families, from nourishing, fresh meals to being present during the times of day when you need help the most, all the way through your baby’s first year.

Every family is unique, with different schedules and needs. That’s why the support I provide is always tailored to meet your needs, created with your specific situation, preferences, and comfort in mind.

  • Rotem was a rock for us when our twins arrived early and we had no family locally to help. We had a really relaxed first meeting where we agreed how she could best support us, and agreed an approach tailored to our situation. For us, that was helping me get some extra time through the day - for sleep, errands or exercise, while I was otherwise feeding around the clock. I (and the babies) felt completely at ease in her company and it was great to have someone with years of childcare experience to chat through challenges with.

  • Rotem was indispensable when my surprise 4th baby arrived. It was all hands on deck in my house at the time and Rotem was like an older sister when she came to care for my baby. She was invested in the care of my son and so natural and nurturing. She has equal measures of warmth and kindness and somehow at the same time was practical and so helpful. I couldn’t recommend Rotem enough. Her future clients (both babies & Mamas) will be in such good hands.

  • Rotem was a huge support in our first few nights and days as first-time parents. She gave us the emotional support and the knowledge we needed to wrap our hands around our new status. Her reassuring and calming nature helped ease our anxieties and we felt comfortable leaving our daughter in her care while we were able get a few hours rest.

  • I had the pleasure of working with Rotem in different settings. First in a group as her doula trainer and then more recently as her business coach on a one to one basis. I find Rotem to be extremely organised, kind, balanced and well rounded. Rotem's passion for babies and new parents shines through everything she does. She has a natural ease and you will instantly feel grounded in her presence. She has done so much personal work you can be guaranteed you will get unbiased, non judgmental support. Rotem has a very nurturing energy and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her support to any new family. You will be in for a treat with her cooking skills too!
